Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for exchange or a Classified Winner store credit only. All returns must be exchanged for same seasonal items. Classified Winner LLC have the right to deny any returns. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all Classified Winner's tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Contact@classifiedwinner.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Classified Winner LLC, 1227 16th Ave, P.O. Box #158, Conway, S.C. 29526 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All items must be returned in it’s original form to Classified Winner LLC within 14 days starting with the day your return is approved.

***ALL store credits must be used within 30days of issuance, or it will be forfeited!***

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like under garments (such as socks, briefs and etc.), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sales of discounted or reduced merchandise are FINAL!*


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, ship the item you do not want back to Classified Winner store immediately.

***Worn merchandise, damaged of any kind or with foreign smells and or odors will not be accepted.***


Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns and issue a refund, that will not include shipping cost. To qualify for a refund, you must contact Classified Winner online store at contact@classifiedwinner.com to initiate a return within 3 days of your delivery. Please send an email to start the return/refund process and complete the steps giving to you for your refund.


If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, and you have not received notice about your refund please contact us at Contact@classifiedwinner.com.
